The Loons have been coding in HTML for 8 years and have experience with features such as tables, client side imagemaps, and forms, as well as the features listed below
Cascading Style Sheets:
Allow site wide text style changes with one line, precise control of text styles, and backward compatibility with early web browsers, backgrounds can be changed all at once.
SSI (Server Side Includes):
Besides HTML the use of PHP allows dynamic insertion of the date, time, counters, other HTML files, last updated dates, etc. SSI allows for easy manipulation and updating through uses like appending common footers onto a set of pages, etc.
